Ambertone has been established since 1989 as a centre for Toning Tables as the exercise trend that swept through the late 80's and 90's.
In 2003 Ambertone was transformed into a Health and Beauty Day Spa and Fitness Gym, featuring new upgraded Toning Tables, and the newest craze 'The Vibrating Plate' along with the Beauty Treatments and Piercings we offer.
